Perfect meal! The fantastic aspect is that Paolo, the host and chef, can track his ingredients to the local source. He uses his own vegetables, honey, vin santo and more. Eggs come from a neighbour, Salami and cure meats have been made in house from local meat. All prepared into a lovely meat.
